                         Cerrado possui grande import{\^a}ncia hist{\'o}rica, cultural, 
                         ambiental e tur{\'{\i}}stica no estado de Goi{\'a}s. Com 
                         popula{\c{c}}{\~a}o de mais de 25.000 habitantes, a {\'a}rea 
                         urbana possui um importante centro hist{\'o}rico, enquanto que a 
                         {\'a}rea rural possui muitas cachoeiras, {\'a}reas cobertas por 
                         vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o nativa, al{\'e}m de atividades 
                         agropecu{\'a}rias. Devido essas caracter{\'{\i}}sticas, o 
                         munic{\'{\i}}pio desperta grande interesse imobili{\'a}rio, 
                         portanto necessita ser devidamente planejado, observando as 
                         {\'a}reas ambientalmente sens{\'{\i}}veis. Para que o 
                         munic{\'{\i}}pio continue crescendo de maneira sustent{\'a}vel 
                         {\'e} importante o mapeamento de suas fragilidades ambientais, 
                         por meio de sensoriamento remoto e sistemas de 
                         informa{\c{c}}{\~o}es geogr{\'a}ficas. O mapeamento elaborado 
                         indicou {\'a}reas de fragilidade ambiental alta e muito alta para 
                         ocorr{\^e}ncia de processos erosivos e acumula{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         h{\'{\i}}drica, por{\'e}m a maioria dessas {\'a}reas 
                         apresentam a vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o nativa preservada. ABSTRACT: 
                         Piren{\'o}polis-GO, located in the Cerrado biome has historical, 
                         cultural, environmental and tourist importance in the Goi{\'a}s 
                         state. With a population of over 25,000 inhabitants, the urban 
                         area has an important historic center, while the rural area has 
                         many waterfalls, areas covered by native vegetation, and 
                         agricultural activities. Due to these characteristics, there is 
                         expressive interest in property market, and needs to be properly 
                         planned, observing the environmentally sensitive areas. For the 
                         municipality to continue growing in a sustainable way, it is 
                         important to map its environmental fragilities, by means of remote 
                         sensing and geographic information systems. The mapping prepared 
                         indicated areas of high and very high environmental fragility for 
                         erosive processes and water accumulation, but most of these areas 
                         have preserved native vegetation.",
